Toyrs”R”Us India and Mattel:  Website Giveaway Contest Terms And Conditions

1. Organizer: This giveaway contest (“Contest”) is being organised by Ace Turtle Omni Private Limited (Toys”R”us India) a company validly formed and subsisting under the laws of India.
2. Contest: One eligible customer who purchases ‘Mattel’ brand merchandise worth INR 4999/- or more (“Mattel Merchandise”) from the Toys”R”us India website i.e www.toysrus.in stands the chance to win  a Barbie Malibu House Playset worth INR 11,999/- (“Prize”).
3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria: (a) reside in the territory of the Republic of India; (b) are not employees of Toys”R” us India or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.
4. Duration: The Contest shall commence from 21^st July, 2023 at 00:01 AM IST and end on 31^st July, 2023 at 11:59 PM IST. Only customers who have made purchases during this time period shall be eligible for consideration to be the Winner of the Contest.
5. Prize: The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. No cash or other substitution may be made, except at sole discretion of Toys”R”us India, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason as determined by Toys”R”us India in its sole discretion.  The Winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries i.e purchasers of Mattel Merchandise from the Toys”R”us India website and announced on or before August 31^st, 2023 (“Winner”) and the decision of ToysRus India in this regard shall be final. The Winner will be notified by ToysRus India via phone call or e-mail and/or text message (at Toys”R”us India’s discretion), using details submitted at the time of purchase at check-out. If Toys”R”us India is unable to reach the Winner for any reason whatsoever within 24 hours of first initiating contact, then Toys”R”us India reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from such Winner and another Winner may be selected as a replacement. Eligible customers/participants/Winner of the Contest acknowledge and confirm that they are aware of the nature of telecommunication and internet services and that a phone call, e-mail,  and/or text message transmission may not be received properly and maybe read by unauthorized persons. Participants agree to assume and bear all risks involved with respect of such errors an misunderstandings and Toys”R”us  shall not be responsible in any manner.
7. ToysRus India will notify the Winner when and where the Prize can be collected/shall be delivered. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to ToysRus India if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
8. Publicity: By participating in this Contest, the Winner agrees to provide to and allow Toys”R”us India to use his/her name, photographs, videos,  social media handles and/ or likeness for promotional and advertising purposes and to announce the Winner of the Contest on all its social media platforms without compensation.
9. Liability: Toys”R”us India is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the Contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Toys”R”us India , its affiliates and group of companies from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. In no event shall the liability of ToysRus India for any claims exceed the monetary value of the prize.
10. Modification: Toys”R”us India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest without notice and liability. Toys”R”us India reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and liability.
11. Disputes: Any dispute relating to the Contest should be referred to Toys”R”us India and the decision of Toys”R”us India shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction and the laws of the Republic of India shall be the governing laws for the dispute.
12. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions herein and as may be updated at any time by Toys”R”us India.
